We stopped at the Tucson KOA for just one night as the halfway point between Alamogordo (White Sands) and Grand Canyon. We didn’t expect to have any excitement here since it was just a layover for us. The kids LOVED IT!! And so did we <img draggable=”false” role=”img” class=”emoji” alt=”☺️” src=”https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/svg/263a.svg”> we parked right under a huge lemon tree and harvested lemons to make fresh lemonade and there was a grapefruit tree next door that we got some grapefruits from! The pool was also perfect! Great temperature and had a hot tub. It was an unexpected highlight of our first week!
